I've completed the offer but have not received any compensation. What should I do?
There are a few possible reasons for not receiving your rewards. Please read the below before submitting your ticket:
Incomplete offer requirements:
You did not meet the offer requirements necessary to be awarded. Please review the offer instructions carefully and ensure that you have completed all the steps.
The offer required you to validate your email address.
You completed the offer through another device or source. All offers must be completed through ayeT-Studios' offerwall to be eligible.
You had the promoted app installed previously.
You installed the promoted app through another provider prior to completing it through ayeT-Studios.
You are using multiple devices. Only one transaction per household is allowed.
You installed a promoted app, but did not launch it.
You installed a promoted app, but did not reach the conversion event.
Technical Reasons:
You did not have a working data connection when you downloaded a promoted app.
You reset your device ID too many times.
You were using a VPN while completing the offer.
What is proof and what do I need to submit?
Proof is evidence that you completed the offer and helps us or the Advertiser to verify your eligibility. Please save all proof showing that you completed the offer to your records. This may include screenshots of your progress, welcome e-mails, payment receipts, registration, order numbers, invoices, etc. Each offer requires its own proof based on the offer instructions. Be sure to read the offer instructions so that valid proof is submitted. Please review the offer instructions and bellow before submitting the information requested based on offer type:
Product/Service Purchase or Registration
If you purchased a product or service, please provide a screenshot of the confirmation email, billing invoice, or welcome email you received when you completed the offer. This will allow the Advertiser to look up your records and verify your eligibility.
App Download/Engagement
If you downloaded an app, please ensure you've run the app for at least 2 minutes and provide a screenshot of the app running on your device.
If you downloaded an app and completed an action, provide screenshots showing that you have completed the action.
Screenshots of the offerwall or the reward status don't serve as valid proof of completion.
Why didn't I receive a reward for completing an offer?
There are a few reasons which may prevent you from getting rewarded:Not all offers / installs are attributed to ayeT-Studios:
If the ad / offer requires an app install, it must be a new install, and must be installed via clicking on the offer to be eligible for reward.
For instance, suppose you engage with an offer that prompts you to download and register for a free trial. When assessing your case, the advertiser must ascertain the source of your installation – whether it originated from clicking through the link in the ayeT-Studios offer, or if you accessed the app store directly or clicked through from another ad. If you receive a denial based on this reason, it means the advertiser's records indicate that you installed from a different origin, such as an ad on a social media platform (e.g., Facebook or Instagram), an ad offer on a different offerwall, or directly from the app store without initiating the process from the ayeT-Studios offer you viewed on the offerwall.
The advertiser, not ayeT-Studios, determines which ad or ad network receives credit for a specific user's action, such as installing their app or signing up for their service. This determination is known as "attribution" (for example, "your install was attributed to Google"). Some advertisers handle attribution directly, while others collaborate with mobile measurement providers, who make decisions on behalf of the advertiser and relay the results to ayeT-Studios and any other ad networks involved in the ad campaign. In any case, the decision is made by the advertiser, not ayeT-Studios. This can impact your reward status because if your action is not attributed to the ayeT-Studios offer, the advertiser may deny you the currency award associated with that offer.
Not all offers reward users instantaneously:
Some offer rewards may immediately reflect in your currency account, however, this isn't always the case. The process of your reward reaching your currency account can include interactions with the advertiser, its measurement service, ayeT-Studios, your device, and the game publisher. Real-time execution of these steps is not guaranteed. For instance, an advertiser might opt to transmit all offer completion data to ayeT-Studios collectively rather than individually as users finish the offers. If your reward is not visible after completing the offer, kindly submit a ticket, and we will conduct an investigation.
*We always try to add information to the user instruction in case rewards are not instantanous, but we might sometimes miss this or the advertiser changed the attribution on his end and forgot to tell us. Please be patient.
Did you use the button or link from ayeT-Studios to complete the offer?
Make sure to utilize the button or link specified in the offer from ayeT-Studios. If you accessed the advertiser's website or an app download site through a different link or independently, ayeT-Studios won't be able to credit you for completing the offer. Advertisers often run identical ad campaigns across various channels and ad networks, and when a user engages with the campaign, credit is typically attributed to only one of the channels or ad networks.
Did you meet the offer requirements?
Advertisers have a wide variety of requirements for their offers that users must meet. Read the offer text carefully to avoid wasting your time and being disappointed.
Typical offer requirements include, but are not limited to: time to complete the offer; new users only; reach a certain lvl; acquire an in-game item etc..
If you find an offer where the offer conditions are unclear or incomplete, please submit a ticket to get clarification from our user support team.
Did you use the app after install for a while or did you leave it right way?
If you never opened or only used the app for a very short period, chances are you won't receive a reward. The newly installed app must be actively open and running on your device, maintaining a live online connection for a minimum of two minutes. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the advertiser's system not registering the activity.
Did you switch to a new device?
Unfortunately, advertisers do not allow you to transfer your offer progress to a new device, or to complete it on 2 devices in parallel. Complete each offer on the device you started it to ensure you will receive your reward.
Did you reset your advertising ID or enabled "limit ad tracking" after you started an offer?
If you reset your advertising ID after clicking on the offer and before completing the remaining steps in the offer, you may not receive credit for offer completion with ayeT-Studios. The advertiser may perceive it as a different device due to the change. Also, turning on "limit ad tracking" during the process has a similar effect. The initial step of viewing the ad is associated with your device ID. If you reset it and proceed to complete the offer, the advertiser's system may recognize your new device ID as the one that fulfilled the ad offer, resulting in no credit. If you've experienced this issue, please inform our user support team, and we'll work to resolve it.
It's important to note that repeatedly resetting your advertising ID is a violation of ayeT-Studios policy. Some users engage in this behavior to attempt to gain repeated access to a one-time offer.
Did you install the app previously?
Offers are for "new users only". If you have used this app in the past, you do not meet the requirement and are not eligible for a reward.
In that case - try a different offer and pay careful attention to the requirements.
Did you take too long to complete the offer?
We indicate in the offerwall the time you have in order to complete the offer or tasks. This is indicated with \"days left\". Please make sure you don't proceed with offers once that time eclipsed.
Did you break the rules?
Rule breakers and fraudsters are not welcome with us and will not be rewarded for the offers they completed. Depending on your violation you can get a temporary suspension or permanent ban.
Some of the most common violations include:
Using a VPN to access offers which are restricted to a geographical region
Using emulators to fake devices or playing games on your desktop device
Ad blockers to prevent the normal showing of ads
Resetting your device to bypass the “new user” requirement.
Using abusive language with our customer support
Support ticket spamming about the same problem
Submitting fake proof for completing an offer
Am I eligible to receive rewards if days left are 0?
If the "days left" counter reaches 0 it means the offer completion time has expired and you are not eligible for a reward anymore.
Advertisers have different requirements for each campaign, including a defined completion time, and they want users to meet these requirements.
It is important to always read the offer requirements carefully to be sure you'll get rewarded.

I didn't get extra rewards even though I played during the currency sale period
Currency sales provide a great opportunity to earn more for a limited time. However, they also follow some rules.
In order to receive rewards with the increased payout, you need to start the offer during the currency sale period.
Offers which were started before the beginning of the currency sale are not eligible for a higher reward.

Why can't I submit a support ticket?
When am I allowed to submit a support ticket?
The time that needs to pass before a ticket can be submitted depends on the minimum completion time we estimate for each individual offer.
The period can be between 24h and up to 4 days, depending on the offer completion time.
An easy way to know if a ticket can be submited is when the "Submit a Ticket" button becomes active.
In addition, we let you know a reason in case you are not allowed to submit a ticket anymore.
How can I prove that I completed an offer?
When submitting a support ticket, it is really important to describe your problem as clear and as concise as possible.
Please try to provide the following information:
Offer Name
Task that you are missing a reward for
A precise text of what you did
Unaltered screenshots (no cropping or markup) to act as proof.
For offers which include purchases, please include an email confirmation of the purchase.
